As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) “Capitol complex” means the capitol building and all the state buildings within a 10-mile radius of the capitol building but does not include the Montana wildlife rehabilitation and education center. (2) “Council” means the capitol complex advisory council established in 2-17-803. (3) “Legislative council” means the legislative council established in 5-11-101.
