AFWA Informs

The AFWA Vision: Sustainable fish and wildlife populations and habitat managed in the trust for, and supported by, the public.

The Association works on behalf of our member state agencies, collaborating with our partner organizations, and championing legislation that will help achieve the Association's vision. AFWA employs a wide variety of initiatives to support the core goals of our member agencies. Through events like the AFWA Annual Meeting, we provide an educational forum where members can network, share and learn. Via our Conservation Education Strategy, comprehensive continuing education curriculum is available. Our programs provide access to relevant research, legislative initiatives and grant opportunities.

AFWA helps our members stay informed.

Since 2000, the Multistate Conservation Grant Program has dedicated $102 million to critical national level conservation priorities.
