Import, offer for sale, trade, barter, possess, breed, or exchange certain live animals prohibited (b)(1) A person may not import into the State, offer for sale, trade, barter, possess, breed, or exchange a live: . . . (ii) caiman, alligator, or crocodile . . . (viii) poisonous snake in the family groups of Hydrophidae, Elapidae, Viperidae, or Crotolidae.; (a) A person may not catch or attempt to catch snapping turtles in the tributary waters of Charles County from April 15 to May 31, inclusive. A person may not use hook and line and trotline to catch snapping turtles in these waters.; (i) A person may not carry a firearm to hunt any wild bird, mammal, amphibian, or reptile while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic drug.;
