“Native amphibians” as used in this article means salamanders, toads, or any other member of the class amphibia native to California.; As used in this article, “frog” means all species of frog.; “Native reptiles” as used in this chapter means snakes, lizards, turtles, or any other members of the class reptilia native to California.; The commission shall establish rules and regulations for the commercial take, sale, transport, export, or import of native reptiles.; Wildlife” means and includes all wild animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and related ecological communities, including the habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability.;
