63121: It shall be unlawful for any person to take, buy, sell, transport or possess any wild or feral animal, or any part thereof, except as authorized in this Article or as authorized by regulations made under 5 GCA §§ 62104 and 63127. 63122: Any owner or tenant of land or property that is being damaged or destroyed, or is in danger of being damaged or destroyed by any protected wild bird or wild or feral animal, may apply to the Director for a license to take such wild bird, or wild or feral animal. The Director, upon satisfactory evidence of such damage or destruction, actual or threatened, may issue a revocable license for the taking of such bird or wild or feral animal. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the conditions of any license issued under the provisions of this Section.
