g. All penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the “Endangered and Nongame Species of Wildlife Conservation Fund,” established pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1981, c. 170 (C.54A:9-25.2), and kept separate from other receipts deposited therein, and appropriated to the department for the purposes outlined in that fund.; The commissioner may cooperate with, and accept moneys from, the federal government, or any county or municipal government, or from any other State or private source to carry out this act. The commissioner may establish a separate fund from these contributions for the support of endangered plant species.;
