For the purpose of this chapter and unless the context otherwise requires:...(e) ‘Endangered species' means any species of animal life or plants which have been listed by the Federal or Territorial governments as ‘endangered’...(m) ‘Threatened species' means any species of animal life or plants which have been listed by the Federal or Territorial governments as ‘threatened’.
