Terms and Agreements

1. NCLI may collect customer [and donor] names, postal addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, credit card and debit card numbers, birth dates, and account information through [website, social media, email messages], including when you register for products from [NCLI / AFWA]. [NCLI / AFWA] may use the above-named information to process your registration, [donation,] or other transaction, send you marketing and other communications that we believe may be of interest to you, respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, and for [NCLI’s / AFWA’s] business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, conducting surveys, determining the effectiveness of our communications and marketing, enhancing or modifying our websites, and operating our business activities. [NCLI / AFWA] may also use such information as [NCLI / AFWA] believes necessary or appropriate under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence, to comply with legal process, and to respond to governmental requests for information.

2. NCLI does not undertake the sale, rental or exchange of customer [or donor] names, postal addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, credit card or debit card numbers, birth dates, or account information. [NCLI / AFWA] does not disclose privileged or confidential customer [or donor] information to unauthorized parties. All customer [and donor] information created by, or on behalf of, [NCLI / AFWA] is the property of [NCLI / AFWA] and shall not be transferred or utilized except on behalf of [NCLI / AFWA] as described in paragraph 1 above. If you submit any of the above-named information relating to other people to [NCLI / AFWA] in connection with registering for products from [NCLI / AFWA], or donating to NCLI, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use such information.

3. NCLI is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax-deductible as charitable donations. NCLI seeks contributions from private and government grants and individual contributions. Consult with your financial advisor about your specific needs.
