D. The director shall: 1. Have general supervision and control of all activities, functions and employees of the department. 2. Enforce all provisions of this title, including all commission rules. 3. Collaborate with the state forester in presentations to legislative committees on issues associated with forest management and wildfire prevention and suppression as provided by § 37-1302, subsection B.
