This webinar is designed to acquaint you with the resources developed by a team of state fish and wildlife educators, teachers, school administrators and non- government education professionals that will help you develop or enhance your outdoor skills programs as part of the overall Association of Fish and Wildlife Agency’s Conservation Education Strategy.
This program will help educators better understand how to work with formal education institutions by understanding seven critical issues that must be addressed to be successful in this venue as well as highlighting methods for aligning outdoor skills programs with key National Standards in Health, Physical Education and Ag Education.
This program will also help educators better understand the value of outdoor skills to both conservation and formal education as well as understand key elements of successful outdoor skills programs in schools.
