Gary Taylor Accepts Position with Ducks Unlimited
Gary Taylor, AFWA’s Legislative Director, announced that he has accepted a position with Ducks Unlimited as the organization’s Director of Government Affairs in Washington, DC. He will transition from the Association in early June.
Said Ron Regan, Executive Director of the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, “For nearly 40 years, Gary has worked for a state fish and wildlife agency or on behalf of state agencies with the Association to advance sound conservation policy and secure funding through the legislative process. He is a true steward of our nation’s natural resources and tireless advocate for every American who appreciates and uses those resources. We wish him great success and look forward to continuing our partnership with Ducks Unlimited to affect our shared goals for elevating political interest in wildlife and habitat conservation.”
