The AWDS Task Force hosted a short series of workshops with the goal of giving state fish and wildlife agencies the tools and methodologies to gain a better understanding of their customers and initiating programs to become more interactive with their customers.

The AWDS Program developed the Workshop titled 'Using Your Data to Reach Your Customers' to give fish and wildlife agencies ideas and methodologies to implement targeted marketing plans using their customer data collected by their licensing systems.
