These options are not included within the sponsorship levels, but they’re important to the success of the Annual Meeting.

• Welcome to New York Reception: Multiple opportunities available Join the entire group for this fun, festive celebration of the finest the host state has to offer. Please check availablility.

• President’s Reception: The entire group is invited to attend this reception. Please check availablility

• Director’s Breakfast or Luncheons Monday through Thursday: All Director’s are invited and it will give you maximum exposure and time with all of the director’s. In addition to the sponsorship, you will need to pay for the costs of the food and AV equipment. Please check availablility.

• Sponsorship of the approved registration bag (with logo branding) - Contact coordinators for more information. Please check availablility.

• The Pre-Banquet Reception on Wednesday: Multiple opportunities available. Please check availablility.

• Director’s Reception and Retreat on Sunday: Play host to the Director’s at their retreat. You’ll be the host for the cocktail hour, and will also need to cover the cost of the bar, hors d’oeuvres and dinner. Please check availablility.

• Refreshment Breaks: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday available Held mid-morning and mid-afternoon each day in the exhibit area, these breaks are a great way to gain exposure and network with all attendees.
