To Become an Exhibitor

Exhibit Options

  • Single Booth: $750.00/$850.00*
  • Double Booth: $1,500.00/$1,700.00*

*Rates increase after July 1st.

All exhibitors will recieve:

  • 8'x10' exhibit space with 6' table


  • One complimentary registration and banquet ticket


  • 25- word company description and advertisement in the final program


  • Exposure from two exhibit hall continental breakfasts, and coffee breaks

A standard exhibit space includes a 6’ skirted table and space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Exhibits will be set up in a central location within all other conference meeting space. Power & internet for booth space is not included in booth fee and will be available for an additional charge. A form to order power and phone lines directly will be sent with your confirmation information. See schedule-at-a-glance for exhibit hours.

How to Exhibit or Sponsor

Step II: Select the best level of exposure for your needs. Do you want to host a private meal function for the leading decision makers, host one of the high profile receptions, or have a display at the trade show?

Step III: Complete and mail the Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration Form as soon as possible. We will send you confirmation information and other resources after you register. Don’t miss this great opportunity to meet and network with North America’s fish & wildlife leaders!

The Association reserves the right to not accept organizations that are in conflict with the Association’s business philosophy.
