Audit Committee

Committee Description

The Audit Committee is charged with conducting the audit of Association accounts and preparing a report to be presented at the March mid-year meeting.

The Audit Committee will make a member available to work with the Executive Vice President and the Treasurer in periodically analyzing the Association's budget projections, in making suggestions on improving financial management practices, and in making recommendations on investment of reserve funds.

The Chairman of the committee should maintain liaison with the President, the Treasurer and the Executive Vice President.
